How do I list an item for sale?
After logging in, tap the "+" button to create a new listing. Add photos, write a description, set your price, choose a category, and publish your listing. It will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
How does the bidding system work?
When you find an item with bidding enabled, you can place a bid. The seller can see all bids and choose to accept or reject them. If your bid is accepted, you'll be notified and can proceed with the purchase.
Is Kazvan free to use?
Yes, creating an account and listing items is free. However, we offer premium features like featured listings that require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before you commit.
How do I contact a seller?
Use our in-app messaging system to contact sellers directly. Click on any listing and tap the "Message Seller" button to start a conversation.
What should I do if I have a problem with a transaction?
First, try to resolve the issue directly with the other party through our messaging system. If that doesn't work, contact our support team with details about the transaction, and we'll help mediate the situation.
How do I delete my account?
