Welcome to Kazvan! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kazvan mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Kazvan ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to review, edit, remove, or refuse any content or listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
Kazvan facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users. All transactions are agreements directly between buyers and sellers.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes.
We may charge fees for certain services, such as featured listings or premium features. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to a transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
When participating in bidding, you agree that bids are binding commitments to purchase at the bid price if you win. Sellers reserve the right to accept or reject bids. Winning bidders must complete the purchase as agreed.
Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly between the parties. Kazvan is not responsible for resolving transaction disputes, though we may provide tools to facilitate communication.
Refund policies are determined by individual sellers. We encourage users to communicate clearly about return and refund policies before completing transactions.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kazvan and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Our in-app messaging system is provided for legitimate communication related to transactions. You agree not to use messaging for:
We may monitor messages for safety and security purposes and reserve the right to remove inappropriate content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings or contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAZVAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of items listed, the truthfulness of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions. We do not guarantee that buyers or sellers will complete transactions or that items will be as described.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kazvan, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
